Returning for a seventh event at the world-renowned Goodwood Racecourse in the heart of the picturesque Sussex Downs, 95 exhibitors, each of whom you will be able to meet, will be situated throughout the main hall of The March Stand with 3000+ artworks for purchase.

Spread over 3 days starting Friday 8th May at our Opening Night, visitors will be the first to view the collections of artists' work along with complimentary wine before the event opens at the weekend to the general public. Prices of art start from as little as £50 for prints and smaller works to over £3,000 for outstanding masterpieces, so there will be something to suit every budget.

Sussex Art Fair is thrilled to be continuing the collaboration with Sussex Wildlife Trust, a conservation charity that cares about protecting the wonderfully rich natural life that is found in our Sussex towns, countryside and coast. Visitors can purchase original artworks kindly donated by our exhibitors, each work priced at £50, with all proceeds going to the charity. Sussex Art Fair has raised thousands of pounds for the charity since its inception.


Weekend facilities at Goodwood Racecourse include a first-floor bar and café/restaurant serving teas, coffees, coffees and light snacks throughout Saturday and Sunday. The venue is also wheelchair accessible.


Being one of the largest art fairs within the Sussex Counties, Sussex Art Fair is the perfect place to begin your art collection, or indeed add to your collection if you are already an art enthusiast. All exhibitor details will be available within the limited edition brochure available at the event, as well as in our online version after the event.



A history:

Sussex Art Fair is a yearly event held at Goodwood Racecourse, for both emerging and established artists to exhibit and sell high-quality artworks directly to the public. Sussex Art Fair is run by Fraser Renton and his team: Gemma, Shaun, Michael and Sara.

Having identified the need and demand for a large-scale contemporary art fair near the south coast, the fair was launched back in 2019 when an inaugural event was staged. Since then, Sussex Art Fair has gone from strength to strength, having entertained  2,500 attendees over the course of the weekend at the last event. 

At Sussex Art Fair, art lovers and collectors are offered the chance to come and admire traditional and contemporary styled works from independent artists specialising in: Painting, Drawing, Digital Art, Mixed Media, Photography, Ceramics, Glass and Sculpture.

Sussex Art Fair has collaborated with artPAKK since 2019, offering an alternative to bubble wrap with their sustainable, eco-friendly art bags, all of which are complimentary at the event.
