A chance to run, walk or skip through all the colours of the rainbow and raise funds for hospice care.

A 5km course, perfect for families, friends and colleagues to enjoy together. Participants will have biodegradable, non-toxic paint thrown at them during the course and a paint party at the end. Plus this year there is a foam station. All finishers receive a t-shirt and medal.
