This is a brand-new competition for young solo classical singers from all over the world aged 18-30. They will perform in front of a live audience and 4 professional adjudicators, at Eastbourne's excellent Birley Centre, in the hope of winning prize-money and of being 'spotted' by Artist Management Agencies, Opera Companies and Concert Promoters. We have had an outstandingly strong field of applicants, including singers from 9 international music conservatoires. Singers of at least 10 different nationalities will be participating in the competition. This is a chance to hear the best classical singing, for an incredibly reasonable ticket-price, right here in Sussex. It's a wonderful opportunity and I hope to see you there!
