After working as a Life Coach for over seven years, Louise Budgen came to see clearly that her own midlife challenges were all meant to be, they had guided her to help women over 40 to experience more aliveness and feel equipped to navigate these years - the very years that are often associated with ‘CRISIS’.
Her mantra of 'Feel Alive and Thrive' was a message she received when she was feeling the exact opposite! She felt like death as it was during her chemotherapy treatment years, in 2017 for breast cancer and 2019 for lymph node cancer, that she strongly felt that on the other side of the treatment she should get to work on sharing her own proven powerful healing toolkit for mind, body and soul. Louise has a deep desire to inspire and motivate other women to create their own EXTRAORDINARY Midlife.
Louise lives in East Sussex, working from her ZenDen at her home, either one to one, or on zoom with clients located all over the world. She loves to host events in The ZenDen for small groups of women and share her knowledge and through speaking opportunities locally. Ask for details on future events and speaking gigs.
The ROCK Midlife workbook was created as her desire to help more women expanded, Louise is passionate about encouraging women to see and connect to their own potential. This six-week KICKSTART workbook retails for £35.00. It is both powerful and affordable and for ALL women who are searching for a way to bring about change in their personal or business life.
