West Sussex Libraries offer a free Remote Digital Support (RDS) Service to help with a variety of digital enquiries. As part of the service, digital volunteers can give basic support in one-off sessions by phone or online.
RDS can help with a range of basic digital queries e.g. sending photos to a GP; online shopping; using Zoom to attend church services; downloading eBooks using our library app. These are only a few examples of areas that RDS can provide support with.
