Mindfulness is a holistic approach to wellbeing and a wonderful way of improving your quality of life. Its achieved by making small changes to what we already do – It’s a wonderful way of living!
• 20th September – Isfield Uckfield 10am-11.30am
First week of the course is week commencing 4th October & ends 1st December. No sessions in half term week
Mindfulness has been scientifically shown to reduce stress, anxiety & depression. It has demonstrated success in improving wellbeing & the mindfulness-based stress reduction course, founded by Jon Kabat-Zinn is the most researched mindfulness course available. It really changes lives, mine included which is why I teach it.
