For our third event, Lindfield Repair Cafe is collecting unwanted laptops or computers for Computers for Kids, a local community charity. The charity repairs second hand computers and donates them to children to aid them in their school work. So if you get a lovely new laptop for Christmas, don’t leave the old one lying unused in a cupboard! Children who come along to the event will be able to take old computers apart themselves at the Kids Table. The Repair Cafe also has an amazing team of volunteers who can assist in computer recovery and repair, as well as giving basic advice. We will as usual have a team of volunteers available to repair a wide range of items.
