If you have heard about mindfulness & all it’s benefits to reduce anxiety, depression & stress but you are unsure about committing to my 8-week course these taster sessions are a perfect way to find out more.

Mindfulness has been scientifically shown to reduce stress, anxiety & depression. It has demonstrated success in improving wellbeing. It really changes lives, mine included which is why I teach it.
